Choose one habit you already know will move you in the right direction

Ready to step things up this month? I am (and I’d love some accountability buddies!).
September feels like the perfect time for a challenge!
Choose just ONE HABIT you already know will move you in the right direction this month, and maybe this entire season.
It should be a habit you know you can do with minimum to medium effort, but that will also make you feel like bragging about when you accomplish some consistency.

Maybe it’s…
● Packing lunches instead of getting fast food
● Choosing fruit for an afternoon snack instead of something sweet and/or processed
● Aiming to up your steps each day...if you're at 5,000, aim for 6,000
Then ... you do it!
Here are the specifics for your challenge:
➡️ Pick ONE simple habit...
➡️ Do it every day for the next 7 days...
➡️ Keep it small enough that you can’t “fail” at it, but meaningful enough that you’ll feel proud for sticking with it.
➡️ If you nail it, do it again (same habit or a different one) for the next 7 days.
If you set out to have intentional actions every single day, it will help you build momentum, like doing one exercise rep at a time.
Here’s what I’m committing to: getting an extra 1,000 steps a day. I'm actually coming off a foot injury so my baseline is down a little. But if I can get back up to my normal target this challenge will also help with recovery.
