Do you ever feel like you're being pulled to follow all the health & fitness advice all at once because so much of it sounds so urgent and vital?
I've even fallen into this trap. It seems that practically every day there’s a new health trend. And how many times does it feel like today's advice directly contradicts yesterday's?!
Keto! Wait, Paleo! Count macros! Plant-based! Nope, just intuitively eat!
It can be exhausting. And honestly, It usually just leads to feeling more stressed out, not less.

So here’s a little secret I’ve learned after years of trial and error and coaching and listening:
1) Find a plan that works for YOU.
2) The simpler, the better.
👉 Because when you keep it SIMPLE, you make it so much easier to be consistent.
So instead of trying to overhaul everything at once for your BIG NEW GOALS, focus on a few impactful habits that actually fit into your lifestyle and your schedule. Here’s what this has looked like for me:
● Instead of a complicated meal plan, I have a rotating collection of meals I know are healthy and delicious, and slip in some special ones when I have the time and energy.
● I shoot for 20 minutes of strength training three times a week instead of trying to cram in long gym sessions. If I happen to have more time, great. If not, I still had an effective workout.
Simple? Yes.
Boring? Maybe.
Effective? Absolutely.
And guess what? The results will be way more sustainable.
Here’s your challenge for this week: Take a look at your wellness routine and pick one thing to simplify. Maybe it’s meal planning, workouts, or even your morning or bedtime routine.
