February Habit Tracking - Mindfulness!
My February goal centered on increasing the amount and quality of time I spend on mindfulness. I made a BIG plan to do it every single day, even if it was only a 2 minute focused breathing session (some days I spent much longer). I really do think this is an important one for me to actually do every day, but I am going easy on myself for missing a couple (one of which was Super Bowl Sunday!).
My biggest hurdle has been setting aside the time during the day, when I am in the thick of things. I'll admit that I RARELY did it during the day. Almost every session was right before bed...but you know what? That is still a great time to do it because I really think it helped me settle down for bed.
And I think I might just keep my habit of doing it at bedtime! Obstacles will ALWAYS try to get in the way. The trick is to find a solution as soon as you can.
Now...I just need to decide on a March goal ASAP!
