This blog has been home to years of ideas, experiments, workouts, recipes and honest conversations about building healthy habits in real life (not perfect life) for yourself and your family.


But lately, I’ve been looking for a simpler, more connected way to share encouragement, tools, and practical tips, without adding more noise or complexity for either of us.

So I’m moving most of my regular writing over to my (new-ish) Substack newsletter; it's called Get in the Habit(ish) and while it's written with busy moms in mind, much of the content can still help everyone!
