A PSL without added sugar

It’s true… a Pumpkin Spice Latte tastes pretty great.

But then there’s that double-take moment when you hear how much sugar is in it.

A grande has about 50 grams of sugar (that’s TWELVE teaspoons!).

fall drink in a mug on a tray with leaves next to a flannel plaid blanket

No wonder it sends your blood sugar on a WILD roller-coaster ride.

That’s too much sugar for anyone, especially for busy moms dealing with energy dips while juggling all the things all at once.

This Golden Hour Pumpkin Latte gives you all the warm fall vibes of a PSL without all that added sugar. It’s creamy, spiced just right, and (yes) it’s still sweet!

Golden Hour Pumpkin Latte

(Serves 1)

¾ cup (180 ml) unsweetened almond or oat milk¼ cup (60 ml) brewed coffee or espresso

2 Tbsp pumpkin purée

½ tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp ground ginger

¼ tsp turmeric

1 tsp maple syrup or honey (or to taste)Pinch of sea saltOptional: collagen peptides or adaptogenic mushroom blend

In a small saucepan, warm the milk, pumpkin, and spices over medium heat (don’t boil).

Add to a blender with coffee, sweetener, oil, and any optional add-ins.

Blend for 20–30 seconds until creamy + frothy.

Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy.
