What gives (and takes) your energy?

Spring is one of my favorite times of year. In central Florida, it starts to warm up, but not TOO warm...and the real humidity is still a bit in the future. The mornings and evenings are still cool if you'd like to get a run or outdoor workout in the books. The plants are "greening up" for real, and it's time for my butterfly nursery to fill up. Of course having a young set of plants means I am also racing against the clock to have enough food for them if the mamas are ahead of me on laying eggs!

I don't know if they planned this or if it is coincidence...but there's a designated chrysalis hanging corner for this round, apparently. :) My garden is definitely something that energizes me and makes me happy...let's talk about energy! ⬇️
