Tier 1 -Weekly Circuit Demo Video that you can watch and perform on your own -Programs, Guides, Games & Challenges under 10 days/<$20 included; over 10 days/$20 at 25% off (or more) -Monthly Office Hours with Dawn (you'll get a coaching call whether on zoom or in person, solo or partners or groups) - Accountability, fun, support, cheerleaders...in fun accountability group(s) Tier 2 -All above benefits minus the included in-person classes. But, if you are local and do attend a class, they'll only be $5 each!

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your monthly membership, please do so before your next charge is completed to avoid being charged for another month. If you have trouble finding that date, be sure to reach out and I can look it up for you. (Plus, I'd love to see if there's anything I can do to keep you in the group before your final decision is made!) If you wish to cancel an annual membership plan, all the same applies! If you have any trouble or would like discuss details about the membership or your plan-I'm here any time to chat!
